Issuing a visa for the participation in our conference

Participants requiring a visa should contact the conference organisation committee in order to get a formal invitation letter for the Ukrainian consulate authorities. Please send an email to kafme@tneu.edu.ua or konferense@yahoo.com with the following information:

• Full name (as it appears on the passport)
• Passport number
• Title of paper to be presented at the conference
• Dates of visit in Ukraine
